After saying the most beautiful vows I’ve heard all year, they all went back to Ali’s sister backyard for a intimate dinner party. The wedding photographer Lafayette, made sure that it would be memorable for the couple.
It made sense for the pair to have a Cheyenne Mountain wedding instead because of the history they both shared there. Not so much as a couple (until recently), but as kids!! They have actually known each other for most of their lives. They went to the same pre-school in Colorado Springs! Ali even found an old school photo where their two classes were standing next to each other! They were about 4 and 5 years old, not having a clue what fate would bring them down the road. While they knew of each other growing up, they weren’t in the same friend group. Michael had stars in his eyes the entire wedding day. He kept yelling, “Babe! We’re married!!” and showing off his ring to everyone. They were just honestly so excited to tie the knot, even if it wasn’t there original vision of their wedding.
