Boulder, Colorado Fun Family Session | Kent Family

Check out this Boulder, Colorado family session with a few fellow photographers! I was so happy when Brooke reached out to let me know that her and Michael, (and baby Milo!), were going to be in the Denver area and wanted to link up for a family photo session! We met up at the NCAR parking lot, where we could show Brooke and Michael the beauty the Boulder, Colorado has to offer! They are also photographers, and had just wrapped up their own shoot in the same spot, so it was kind of a two birds one stone type of thing.

I met Brooke in North Carolina at Photo Rehab back in 2017! All of us “rehabers” are still friends, but I hadn’t seen her since! It was fun to talk shop and they were antsy to be BEHIND the camera for once! (Weird, right?!?). Milo is the BEST baby model too. He has the world’s largest baby smile. I love photographing family sessions. It can be a completely different approach compared to photographing weddings. It’s fun, yet intimate. It’s motherhood, it’s fatherhood, and it’s childhood…..it is pure magic!

We picked this spot in Boulder because you get it all! Woods, grass, mountains, peace. I hope it was a nice ending to their trip and visit to Colorado! They will have to come back again though, so I can see Milo’s big smile again!
