I'm so glad you are here to check out some recent work. I'm a Colorado wedding photographer that shoots all around the country. The blog is filled with full wedding and portrait sessions, and includes weddings planning tips and inspiration.
Madison and Jason got married at the Flagstaff House on Flagstaff Mountain in Boulder, Colorado. When getting married in late May, you’d expect spring flowers and maybe the occasional spring shower, but not a full blown snow storm! The day started out with the thick spring fog, but by the reception time, these two and their guests were throwing snowballs off the deck of the Flagstaff house!
The pair got ready with their respective wedding party members at the St. Julien Hotel in downtown Boulder. They were then escorted up to the famous Flagstaff House, known for its excellent cuisine (can confirm!). The ceremony was held indoors within the glass sunroom space. Their vows were very personal and there were quite a few guests who I caught sobbing in the back rows!
Dinner was held in the private terrace room, and the guests were completely spoiled by the delicious meals and drinks. After they were fed, they got to dance for a bit back in the sunroom, and were also able to sneak outside to experience the unusual weather that came by!
After the festivities were had, we drove down to Chautauqua field to really embrace this strange weather, which at this point was a full blown storm. Chunks of snow were coming down by the minute. Madison and Jason laughed at how crazy it all was, and they had smiles on their faces as they danced in the snow. Congrats again you two!
